TECHNOFIT PROGRAM: TECHNOFIT BUDGET SYMPOSIUM & MASTERPLAN OF STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING FINANCIAL YEAR 2023
Thursday & Friday, 6th &7th December: A Budget Symposium and Masterplan of Strategic Business Planning Financial Year 2023 were held TECHNOFIT Prima Seri Gombak office.
Both programs took place in reaching towards pairing the objectives of company with the needs of the marketplace. A strategic plan takes planning a step further by not only defining company goals but utilizing those goals to take advantage of available business opportunities.
The event was attended by Top Management and fellow managers. Every department manager presented their department budget and strategic business plan to achieve the organization’s aspiration. Each presenter additionally outlines their roadmap in providing sustainable productivity, financial, societal and environmental.
