TECHNOFIT PROGRAM : KPI WORKSHOP & TRAINING ON INFLUENTIAL COMMUNICATOR
A Key Perfomance Indicator (KPI) workshop were held on 20th December 2022 at Technofit Prima Sri Gombak office which attended by fellow managers and leaders. During the workshop, Human Resource representative introduce and explain on the new implementation of SMART KPI. On the same day, a training on Influential Communicator took place to enhance managers and leaders communication skills.
The management of TECHNOFIT will continue to progress towards having refined governance.
