In support of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, the HSE Department is launching Fibre & Fruit Week — a week-long campaign to promote better health through fruits and fibre.
This week, we’re shining the spotlight on oranges!
Oranges are bursting with vitamin C, rich in fibre, and offer numerous health benefits — they enhance immunity, support the digestive system, lower blood pressure, and improve eye health. Sweet, zesty, and energizing — they’re the perfect anytime snack!
Each day will feature simple tips, fun facts, and mini challenges to encourage everyone to enjoy more oranges and stay healthy.
