TECHNOFIT STRENGTHENS MRO PRESENCE IN INDONESIA ENLIT ASIA MKI ELECTRICITY CONNECT 2026

On 22 September 2026, TECHNOFIT Sdn Bhd joined PT PLN Indonesia Power Services and PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of a Turbine and Rotating Equipment MRO Centre in Cilegon, Indonesia, during Enlit Asia & Electricity Connect 2026 at ICE BSD City, Banten.
Representing TECHNOFIT, our Group Managing Director, Datuk Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Izuddin Hj. Mohd Ilias, signed the MoU as part of a collaboration that brings together industry capabilities, technical expertise and regional networks. The initiative aims to strengthen turbine maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities while supporting technology transfer and local competency development, with potential to serve the wider ASEAN market.
Coming just days after TECHNOFIT 28th Anniversary, this milestone reflects how the experience and capabilities built over nearly three decades continue to open new opportunities beyond Malaysia.
