In support of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, the HSE Department is launching Fibre & Fruit Week — a week-long campaign to promote better health through fruits and fibre.
This week, we’re shining the spotlight on bananas! Bananas are high in fibre, provide quick energy, aid digestion, and support heart health. They’re also super convenient — easy to eat anytime, anywhere.
Each day will feature simple tips, fun facts, and mini challenges to encourage everyone to eat more bananas and stay healthy.
