STRIVING FOR EMPLOYEE EXCELLENCE – KPI DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
Today marks the conclusion of the KPI development workshop at TECHNOFIT. Began in April, the final phase has provided valuable insights into streamlined KPIs, leadership competencies, and leadership coaching.
As part of the “Reenergize TECHNOFIT” initiative, the Human Resources & Administration (HRA) Department has organized this workshop to elevate leadership standards within the company. This effort aligns with Sustainable Development Goal No. 8, which focuses on promoting sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all. Through strategic KPI development, TECHNOFIT aims to unlock the full potential of the organization’s leaders.
