On 16th February, TECHNOFIT’s monthly Program Santapan Minda takes a special twist with a physical session at TECHNOFIT HQ and joined by region offices virtually. This time, TECHNOFIT welcomes back Mr. Ahmad Izzhar for another constructive sharing on ‘Relationship between Career Motivation, Affective Commitment and Job Satisfaction’. Mr. Izzhar draws out how a career push and genuine dedication are interrelated, and the satisfaction ensues is formed.
