TECHNOFIT PROGRAM : TOWNHALL HAPPY HOURS! – PERAK
TECHNOFIT Townhall Happy Hours! Quarter 1 For Year 2023 were held on 24th February 2023 at Hotel Sfera, Lumut, Perak. TECHNOFIT Region 1 & Asset Department staff joined by the Management Team gathered to interact and inspire each other which inadvertantly closes the gap between Management Team and fellow staff. Ideas, interest, and any further topics of concern were shared and exchanged over leisurely Hi-Tea.
TECHNOFIT TOWNHALL is a platform for management to engage with employee in maintaining transparency within organization, to strengthen the bond among Technofitian and also an opportunity to leverage the moment.
