“ROAR, RISE & RECONNECT”
TECHNOFIT recently held a two-day Teambuilding Program at Outworld Rafting, Gopeng, Perak. Organized by the HRA Department with full support from all departments as committee members, the event aimed to strengthen teamwork, communication and leadership among employees under the inspiring theme “Roar, Rise & Reconnect.”
The first day was filled with exciting outdoor adventures, including cave exploration at Gua Tempurung and white-water rafting, followed by the TECHNOFIT Appreciation Awards 2025 and a vibrant Safari Night performance that celebrated creativity, teamwork and unity.
Day two continued with an energetic Scavenger Hunt, where participants demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving and collaboration skills. The program concluded with smiles, stronger connections and a renewed spirit that reflected TECHNOFIT’s ongoing commitment to unity, growth and excellence.
