TECHNOFIT INFORYOU – TECHNOFIT SDG MILESTONE – TERTIARY EDUCATION
TECHNOFIT aims to transform lives through continuous enhancement of knowledge. Besides financial support and academic materials aid for primary and secondary students, we broaden the orientation to support through collaborations with higher education institution and new graduates.
We provide valuable exposure and platforms for engineering practioners to experience task in a real-work setting. In 2020, TECHNOFIT collaborated with Lumut Insititut Kemahiran MARA (IKM) to offer basic training on boiler repair work. The boiler repair work collaboration program becomes a huge benefit for the students to see how the field runs as well as being able to give opportunities for them on real industrial needs. We do this not only to train our own future employees, we also train future successors in engineering sector.
Our Welder Apparentice Program is currently a successful ongoing career development/educational program. It is one of TECHNOFIT’s effort in channelling our expertise to future industry specialist by conducting both theoretical and practical approach supervised by specialist. The objective of this program is to produce experienced and well skilled welder as well as to provide real welding experience along the way. Located at TECHNOFIT Facility Yard 1, Lumut Industrial Park, Perak, the program includes our skilled welder mentoring the aspiring apprentices. Each batch will train for 6 months led by Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Department. TECHNOFIT has successfully trained 4 batches of apparentice as of 2023. Now, having equipped with on ground knowledge ,the apprentices has started their career with us.
