TECHNOFIT NEWS : TECHNOFIT HOLDINGS SDN BHD JOINT VENTURE WITH LESTARI DIMENSI SDN BHD FOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN PULAU INDAH, KLANG
10 November 2022 – Technofit Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (THSB) to develop single storey and double storey terrace houses in Pulau Indah, Klang after a successful Joint Development Agreement signing with Lestari Dimensi Sdn. Bhd. (LDSB). The housing development, planned to be launched in 2024 with a GDV of RM 17 Million is curated for consumer across market allowing wider market segment to own their own home.
THSB Group Managing Director, Datuk Hj. Mohd Izuddin bin Hj. Mohd Ilias expressed that the development is in line with Sustainable Development Goals 11, to develop and provide sustainable cities and communities.

Currently THSB, a boutique developer is developing an industrial park consisting of 26 units modern design Semi D Factory & Office with a GDV of RM 74 million which is located within the Kampung Acheh Industrial Estate, a global hub with full-fledged terminal facilities to serve the industries across the hub, across Perak and serving as a gateway to the Asian region in partnership with Port of Antwerp-Bruges International with expected investments for the project worth RM 72 billion over the next 25 Years.
