TECHNOFIT ADS : WORLD SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK DAY
World Safety and Health at Work Day is celebrated annually on 28th April to promote the prevention of occupational accidents and keeping an ideal workplace that is safe for all. The theme for this year’s celebration is – Climate change and safety & health at work.
Given the changing weather patterns and climate conditions, workplace environments are experiencing significant impacts, especially concerning the safety and well-being of workers. Consequently, the day becomes an important platform towards creating safer work environment.
Gearing up to the celebration, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Department set up talks at HQ and all region offices discussing climate change and how TECHNOFIT can pull together ways to battle the intensifying climate shift. On top of that, HSE department also gave out badges and stickers as a reminder token to always put safety upfront!
“There’s no better policy in society than pursuing the health and safety of its people” – TECHNOFIT remains active in supporting Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 – good health and wellbeing, to maintain and continuously improve #HealthandWellbeing within the organization.
