MASS TOOLBOX TALK: PSYCHOSOCIAL – BURNOUT 2026

The HSE Department conducted a Mass Toolbox Talk on Psychosocial: Burnout

The session focused on raising awareness of workplace burnout, including its common signs, contributing factors and potential impact on employees’ well-being and work performance. Employees were encouraged to recognise early signs of physical and mental exhaustion, manage workplace stress effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The session also highlighted the importance of open communication, mutual support and creating a positive working environment where employees feel comfortable seeking assistance when needed.

At the end of the programme, HSE also conducted a Self-Risk Assessment on the Prevention of Stress and Violence at the Workplace, together with a Psychosocial Survey among TECHNOFIT employees. The assessment aimed to better understand psychosocial risks within the workplace and support the identification of areas for further improvement and preventive actions.

This initiative reflects TECHNOFIT’s commitment to promoting employee well-being, strengthening psychosocial risk management and fostering a supportive, healthy and psychologically safe working environment.
