TECHNOFIT STRENGTHENS MALAYSIA–VIETNAM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO ADVANCE ASEAN RENEWABLE ENERGY GROWTH
As part of its strategic mission to Vietnam, TECHNOFIT strengthened its regional presence through engagements with key Malaysian institutions in Ho Chi Minh City.
Led by Group Managing Director, Datuk Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd. Izuddin Hj. Mohd. Ilias, the delegation paid courtesy visits to the Consulate General of Malaysia and Malaysia Business Chamber Vietnam (MBC Vietnam).
The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Firdauz Othman, Consul General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mr. Angus Liew, Chairman of MBC Vietnam. Discussions focused on bilateral business opportunities, cross-border investment and Malaysia’s growing participation in Vietnam’s renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
These engagements provided valuable insights into Vietnam’s investment landscape while strengthening TECHNOFIT’s connections with Malaysian representatives and the local business community. These connections will support TECHNOFIT as it explores new opportunities and establishes a stronger foothold in the Vietnamese market.
Building on over 28 years of engineering experience, TECHNOFIT is progressing towards becoming an integrated renewable energy developer, infrastructure investor and long-term asset owner. Vietnam plays a key role in TECHNOFIT’s ASEAN growth strategy, supporting the development and ownership of renewable energy assets that deliver long-term economic and environmental value.
TECHNOFIT extends its sincere appreciation to both institutions for their warm hospitality and continued support in strengthening Malaysia–Vietnam economic cooperation. Together, these partnerships reinforce TECHNOFIT’s vision of building Southeast Asia’s next generation of renewable energy infrastructure while creating lasting value for governments, investors, communities and future generations.
