NCOSH AWARD AUDIT 2026
TECHNOFIT recently underwent the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH) Award Audit 2026 at the TECHNOFIT Fabrication Yard in Manjung, Perak.
The audit was led by Mr. Mohd Hafizul Haq, together with Mr. Anuksin A/L En Klim and Mr. Rhiaududdin. It focused on psychosocial well-being and workplace innovation aimed at enhancing employees’ well-being.
The audit assessed TECHNOFIT’s initiatives in managing psychosocial risks, promoting a supportive working environment and implementing innovative workplace practices that contribute to employees’ mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Through these initiatives, TECHNOFIT continues to strengthen employee engagement, promote a healthy working environment and foster a workplace culture built on safety, care and continuous improvement.
Beyond award recognition, the audit provides an important platform for TECHNOFIT to evaluate the effectiveness of its current practices, identify areas for improvement and further enhance employee well-being across the organisation.
