TECHNOFIT MASS TOOLBOX TALK: OSH WORLD DAY 2026 – “Let’s Ensure a Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment”
On 28 April 2026, the HSE Department conducted a session in conjunction with TECHNOFIT OSH World Day 2026 across HQ and all regions, delivered via online and face-to-face sessions. The programme was carried out under the theme: “Let’s Ensure a Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment”, aiming to promote a safe, supportive and positive workplace culture.
Employees were encouraged to wear a special OSH badge and share motivational messages to promote positivity, teamwork and mutual respect. Key topics included stress management, work-life balance, effective communication and early awareness of mental well-being.
This initiative reflects TECHNOFIT’s commitment to fostering a safe, supportive and resilient workforce.
