On February 12th, TECHNOFIT Group of Companies gathered for the TECHNOFIT Townhall 1st Half | 2025 – TECHNOFIT Thrive Tribe. This company-wide event was designed to celebrate employee excellence and outline TECHNOFIT’s vision for 2025 and beyond.
As part of the session, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sugumaran Narayanasamy, shared his aspirations and goals for the company in 2025. Emphasizing the importance of teamwork and leadership, Group Managing Director, Datuk Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Izuddin Hj. Mohd Ilias, reinforced the belief that challenges is inevitable but success is achievable through unceasing commitment and strong collaboration.
In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 8, which promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, productive employment, and decent work for all, the TECHNOFIT Townhall provided an essential platform for management to engage with employees, foster trust, and discuss the company’s future strategies and plans.
