HSE Department would like to remind with all the employees to be alert with any approach of sexual harassment within your workplace as this is part of psychosocial hazard.

Sexual Harassment is “Any unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, whether verbal, nonverbal, visual, gestural or physical, directed at a person which is offensive or humiliating or is a threat to his/her well-being, arising out of and in the course of his/her employment”. – Employment Act 1955

You may report any incident regarding on this matter to HSE Department through H.E.R.O.S or directly to safety personnel in this organization. Any report will be treated as private and confidential.
