FIBRE & FRUIT WEEK: Nourish to Flourish!

In support of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, the HSE Department is launching Fibre & Fruit Week — a week-long campaign to promote better health through fruits and fibre.
This week, we’re shining the spotlight on pineapples! Pineapples are high in fibre, rich in vitamin C, support gut health, boost immunity, support recovery and enhance cognitive. They’re juicy, tangy-sweet, and perfect on their own, in fruit salads, or blended into refreshing smoothies.
Each day will feature simple tips, fun facts, and mini challenges to encourage everyone to enjoy more pineapples and stay healthy.
