Rich in vitamin C, vitamin K and antioxidants, broccoli also supports healthy bones, eye health and overall wellness.
With approximately 2.6g of fibre per 100g, broccoli is a great choice for weight management and maintaining a healthy digestive system.
Versatile and nutritious, broccoli can be enjoyed steamed, stir-fried, roasted or added into soups and salads an easy way to power up your meals!
