With 6.70g of fiber, dates help aid digestion, boost energy levels and support the body in helping treat anemia due to their natural mineral content. They are also beneficial for overall nourishment, including supporting hair health, keeping you energized and well balanced throughout the day.
Sweet, chewy and naturally delicious enjoy dates on their own, blended into smoothies, added to salads, oatmeal or as a natural snack for a quick energy boost!
