TECHNOFIT INFORYOU: RENEWABLE ENERGY POWER PLANT, SOLAR

A solar power plant is any type of facility that converts sunlight either directly, like photovoltaics, or indirectly, like solar thermal plants, into electricity. They come in a variety of types, with each using discretely different techniques to harness the power of the sun.

Solar energy are mainly used to produce electricity. Two ways to make electricity from solar energy are photovoltaics and solar thermal systems.

According to the recent 12th Malaysia Plan, our country plans to achieve 30% of the energy generated by renewable sources in 2030. Being its environmental friendly approach with replenish resources, Solar is expected to be the next big thing.
